Sambal gami, origininate from Kalimantan, commonly made in clay mortar, taste fresh and hot, very biting!Kalau sambal Gami, asalnya dari Kalimantan, biasanya dibuat di cobek tanah liat, rasanya seger dan pedas deh.. coba aja...Ingredients (mixed):- 5 pc curly red chili, grind til smooth- 3 small chili, grind- 1 pc tomato, slice smooth- 4 pc red onion, slice smooth- 3 spoon of cooking oil (at
